You've made everyone but Snape way too short. Snape is around 6'2.
McGonagall is like 5'9, not 5'5. So unless that hat is hiding a pointy-shaped head, she's too short in this drawing. The height between Severus and Minerva only differs by about 5 inches.
Professor Sprout is waaaay too short. She's a normal human wizard, not half-garden-gnome. She's probably around 5'0 to 5'2 in height.
For Professor Flitwick, the average adult height for dwarfism is 4'0, but anything shorter than 4'10 is considered dwarfism. Since Flitwick is half-goblin, look at the goblins in Gringotts. They're not the size of garden gnomes, they're much taller than that. The heights of those goblins were around 3'5 to 4'0. And since he's only half-goblin, he's probably a little taller than a pure-goblin, thanks to his wizard side.
So both Flitwick and Sprout should be twice the height they are in this drawing at the very least, but they're probably taller. McGonagall should be much closer to Snape in height even without her hat on.
I do like the drawing, but you're driving me nuts with the incorrect height, especially since you drew height lines behind them all to over-emphasis how wrong it all is. Don't draw height lines unless you plan to be super-accurate with character heights.
